Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca Palmanova Bay

Originally, we planned to stay for 8 nights, but in the end, we extended our stay to 14 nights because we loved the hotel so much. We booked a studio with a sea view, and from the terrace, we could practically jump straight into the water. The room was spotless—cleanliness was a solid 10/10! Every day, the room was cleaned, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The team at the reception was also fantastic. They responded to all our requests promptly and with a smile. I know some people complain about the little uphill walk to the hotel (just a 5-minute walk), but honestly, it gives the hotel an unforgettable view from all the terraces—especially the main hotel terrace overlooking the entire Palmanova area. Personally, I felt right at home. The only thing I could maybe mention is that breakfast was a bit repetitive—it had everything, but it was the same every day. It’s not that they could’ve done anything particularly creative with it, but hey, I don't want to praise them too much 😂 because they are just too good to be true! We’re definitely planning to return! Thank you!

This our second visit to this hotel and it keeps getting better. Gorgeous views, close to the beach and shopping. Our room was cleaned and left spotless daily. Thanks! Best of all are the staff! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, and the views from the rooftop sunbeds were simply exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was a real highlight with a wide variety to suit all tastes. I traveled with three teenagers (14, 15, and 16 years old), and the hotel allowed us to book two separate rooms. They thoughtfully placed the rooms next to each other, which was very helpful and much appreciated. The pool, approximately 15×7 meters, was a nice place to relax — not huge huge, but a good size and never too crowded. One thing to note: many guests reserved the rooftop sunbeds early in the morning, so if that’s important to you, you’ll need to be an early bird. It didn’t matter much to us, and we always found nice spots to chill in the late afternoon. Our rooms had balconies with lovely views and the soothing sound of the sea in the background. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend this hotel.
