We were very impressed with the hotel and its facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed that you had noted my wife’s birthday and not only moved us to a high floor as requested but upgraded our room to executive and provided a card, wine and chocolates. A very thoughtful and personal touch. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Luxury, Relaxation & Style – A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of London! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at the Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience! Our room on the 11th floor was spotless, spacious, and very well-equipped. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower – perfect for unwinding after a busy day in the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. And the wellness area? Simply outstanding! Included in the stay is access to the pool (1.2m deep throughout – great for a relaxing swim), jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room – all clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Taking the glass elevator down to the pool area on level -3 in your bathrobe makes you feel like a VIP – relaxed, pampered, and just a bit fabulous. The glass lifts offer amazing views over the city, and if you catch the eyes of people outside, you might even feel like you're stepping onto a catwalk. 🍋 The location is excellent, the decor is elegant, and the overall atmosphere is pure comfort. If you're looking for a hotel that combines style, relaxation, and top-notch service – don’t hesitate. Just book it!
Nice hotel with very hospitable staff who were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a few issues with the room I was allocated, mainly the bathroom. I spoke to the duty manager a Mr Nissan who was very attentive and promised to resolve the issues I had raised and told me had they have known they would have switched me to another room. I only had breakfast in the restaurant which was of a good standard with a large selection of foods offered buffet style. The kitchen was operating fully so you could request anything on the menu as well. Great location a few minutes walk to the river Thames and the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Ideal for tourists wanting to see the fantastic sights of our lovely London. I would recommend this hotel.
