I expected a low to average experience but it turned out that the hotel is being renovated and we were in the new part which was really great! The room was big with all new appliances and furniture and there was a lovely view since the room was on the sixth floor. Also, it was very clean and the staff on the reception were very nice. And a thing I value much is the super comfy bed and pillows! The location is not the best but next to a bus station as well as trains so you can easily get around.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY ROBBED ME MY 800EUR DEPOSIT THAT THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD RETURN EVER SINCE DECEMBER 1. The service employees are great, good rooms and great spot. However, THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ME SINCE JANUARY REGARDING MY DEPOSIT, EVEN WITH LEGAL ACTION. ACCOUNTING TEAM NEVER REPLIED. THEY HAVE LEFT ME IN A HORRIBLE POSITION MONETARILY.
I was extremely disappointed with our stay at the hotel. When we arrived and discovered that the hotel was a construction site it was obvious that it should not have been welcoming guests. The receptionist was very unfriendly when we checked in and did not explain that we would not be getting breakfast. We had bikes and had to leave them within the construction site overnight. Not secure. We asked to take them to our room (as we did at 10 other hotels) but were told no. We were charged €220 for an extremely poor experience
