I guess people don't like it's location. But if you have a car it's not that big of a problem. Except the stores outside. They kinda suck, and don't even work half the time. Everything else is great to be honest. The hotel looks like something from the 50s which is pretty cool! The staff was super friendly too. The breakfast was decent I suppose.
We stayed there for a night. Even though we reached a bit early, Check-in was effortless. Room was clean. Towels were already there in the bathroom. The location is easily accessible as it is just above the Tram station/opposite to the Bus/S-Bahn station. The staff were polite. We didn't book for breakfast so, cannot comment on that part. The hotel is situated in a quiet place.
Not the first time I stay at this hotel for work, there is not much choice. The staff is friendly, almost always smiling, the breakfast for 5 euros is excellent, but that's all, but yes, the rooms are large. But on the other hand, why a large room, if it is like in a stove?! There is a fan, but from him tolu, almost 0. Dear administration, you need to solve the problem with air conditioning in the hotel, for this only one star!
