Leprince Hotel Spa BW Premier Collection

Amazing hotel in a great Location. Rooms very comfortable with air con. Staff very helpful. The outdoor area is amazing with great atmosphere

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels 2 star to 5 star all over Europe. This is a nice hotel. Our reception upon arrival was great especially dealing with Ana. She spoke perfect English and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. She is a lovely lady. The positives: friendly and accommodating staff, clean room and property, quick elevator, great breakfast with cooked eggs, walking distance to many restaurants near the square, great water pressure in sink and shower, great wifi, quiet room, great air conditioning. The negatives; horrible room lighting(we felt like we were living in a cave and they painted many of the walls black which made the poor room lighting even worse. Does anybody really want black walls in their room?), only one small window which added to the poor room lighting, the toilet room didn’t have a light switch- it had a sensor in the toilet room that turned the light on and off as you entered the toilet room- the worst part was that the light would turn itself on and off during the middle of the night when no one was near the room-also the light would turn itself off while you were in the room more than 30 seconds(I think they need to go back to a light switch) it was really annoying and we couldn’t get out of that room fast enough. As many positives as this hotel has, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the poor room lighting and black walls. You need to get in that room with a bucket of white paint-PLEASE!!!

Room was perfect but the TV didn't work. The cost of breakfast was excessive and parking should have been included. Great location.
