Overall, I had a wonderful experience 3 days' stay. The staff were almost impeccable, always professional, and courteous. However, they failed to deliver the Okinawa donuts to us as promised (or did we misinterpreted as the staff's command of English is rather limited). Luckily, they made up for this with their friendly and helpful service. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is in the heart of where the main activities are. The hotel has an infinity pool (payable), onsen, laundromat, and welcome drink/snack section that is available from 2 to 9pm daily. There is also free parking for hotel guests.
I booked this hotel when I was visiting my family, who is an American service member. This hotel has been one of my favorite experiences ever in my vast international travel. The hotel is well taken care of, the staff is incredibly helpful every time I needed something, and the personal bath in the room in the second building was absolutely delightful. After traveling for over 30 hours from the US I cannot even begin to share how delightful the tub is when you fill it from the hot mineral water from the local hot springs. My body felt soothed and made the time change one of the easiest I have ever managed. The included breakfast was well tended, delicious, and filling with lots of tasty options. The location is central to lot of great shops in the American village to walk around when you’re looking to stretch your legs and go for a little wander. I hope one day I have the opportunity to come back. If you’re debating on booking this room or the American style Hilton across the street, I hope this review encourages you to try something different and local.
Love this hotel! It’s within walking distance to American Village. The room is spacious even with an extra bed, and the hotel itself is relatively new and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, from various fruits to staple japanese breakfast items. It is also conveniently connected to a Lawson next door, which I really appreciated.
