L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

We stayed here for about ten days while my partner recovered from surgery and absolutely loved it. Impeccable service; shout-out to Jay on the rooftop for being so kind and on top of things. Housekeeping was also extremely impressive. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, Zach went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome and looked after. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. He anticipated needs before I even voiced them, and handled everything with calm confidence and a warm, approachable energy. I’ll absolutely be returning — and recommending the hotel because of the service I received from you.

Probably one of the most pleasant hotels i have ever stayed in. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly and will always go the extra mile to deliver comfort and seamless experience. The front desk staff and the valet are top notch and always there to help with a smile. To elaborate, i made a wrong order once while ordering room service, not only did they replace it for free with the right one, they also offered a complementary drink.
