Les Ambassadeurs Hotel & Casino

Great service!

I came with my family for the first time on holiday and stayed at this hotel. It was a perfect place, the sea and the pool were amazing. The hotel staff (Mr. ARDA at the beach bar and Mr. ALI at the lobby) made our holiday more comfortable with their smiling faces. Many thanks to all the staff. It is a hotel where you can come with peace of mind. We stayed in the royal king suite.

My family and I, especially my children, were thrilled to arrive in Cyprus for the first time, but Les Ambassadeurs Hotel completely ruined our holiday. We checked in at 11:00 a.m., and by 6:00 p.m., we still hadn't been allowed into our room. Even though check-in was at 2:00 p.m., we were waiting for the rooms to be vacated because "they can't tell casino customers to leave." When we asked when they would leave, they couldn't give us a straight answer. I decided to have a cup of tea while waiting, but that was another shock: the hotel has two cafes; tea costs 45 TL in one and 90 TL in the other. They even charged 90 TL for a 5 TL soda. Despite such exorbitant prices and poor service, they then claim "tourists don't come." It's perfectly normal that they don't come; this is pure robbery. In short, anyone considering this hotel should think twice, but 10 times! They have no sense of service or customer satisfaction. Our whole family regretted it. gamze bektaş
