Les Cygnes

From the moment of our evening arrival we were welcomed warmly and shown to an immaculately clean and spacious room with a terrace. The next morning we opened the curtains to a spectacular view of the countryside and seashore. The ambience was one of tranquility, and the air, fresh and clean. At each breakfast we were greeted by the proprietors and staff, and enjoyed a delicious and abundant buffet. Hotel Les Galets is perfectly situated with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our stay was a superb experience; surrounded by beauty, restfulness, and hospitality. We highly recommend this exceptional hotel and look forward to our return.

Comfortable, very clean hotel with pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. I was a bit disappointed that the bar was closed when we stayed, but the manager opened it especially for me and provided some excellent white wine. He didn't have to do this and it demonstrated a commitment to excellent service. We also enjoyed a generous, well presented breakfast buffet.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute due to a family emergency. I couldn't reach Les Galets and it took over 4 days for them to respond to my message via Booking. No sympathy and only the conditions were mentioned. No refund, nothing. Customer service is not known to this company.
