Les Gîtes du Pla de Moura

We had a wonderful stay at Gîtes Pla de Moura in Luz-Saint-Sauveur. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who surprised us with a bottle of local wine; very kind! The duplex apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and practically laid out. We appreciated the two toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for comfortable cooking. Also handy: there's a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron (which we didn't need, by the way). For warmer days, a portable air conditioner is available. The private terrace is a lovely place to relax. It has comfortable furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. There's plenty to do outside too: we enjoyed playing several games of table tennis and pétanque. The sound of the mountain stream flowing across the property to the pond provides peace and relaxation. From the gîtes, you can walk along a path and then a short distance along the road to Luz-Saint-Sauveur. The town center, with its bakery, butcher, and supermarket, is about 2.5 kilometers away. The immediate area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, cycling (both road and mountain biking), canyoning, rafting, climbing, paragliding, and more. For us, it was a peaceful, well-maintained base in a beautiful region. We'd love to return.

Court séjour passé au moment de la nouvelle année en famille et nos 2 chiens. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, les attentions à notre arrivée et la disponibilité de Bernard qui est un hôte vraiment agréable et authentique. Le logement est très pratique et bien équipé, proche de la nature avec une très belle vue, idéale pour se ressourcer. Je conseille vivement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

In fact, these are apartments for spa guests next to the Luz St Sauveur Thalassotherapy Center, at the foot of the Gavarnie cirque and Tourmalet. Charming little place with a beautiful view and 5 minutes walk from the Thermal Center.😍😍😍😍
