Amazing. Lovely place. Historic and beautiful
Lovely place to unwind and relax, even with a pet! The wonderful house dating from the 14th century is located in a quiet and beautiful area and is very well cared for in all the details. We highlight the kindness and kindness of the owner who was very attentive at all times and recommended places to visit and a restaurant. We chose the La Cazelle room and it was spacious and very importantly, there was heating, perfect for a rainy weekend. I think the only detail to improve would be the breakfast, which would add some more sausage or cheese, but it is only a detail because the authenticity and comfort of having breakfast in the medieval room next to the fireplace is already worth it.
We had an extraordinary time at the Jardins de la Contie. Not only are the setting and accommodations magnificent, but the welcome we received from our host was exceptional. This enthusiast shared some of the site's history with us with a typically British sense of humor. The view from the pool is breathtaking. We will gladly return.
