A beautiful hotel, with a wonderful team that made us feel so welcome. We loved staying here, it was a beautiful oasis of calm compared to the busy city. Breakfasts were delicious every morning, the bar team lovely, we enjoyed tea and cakes round the pool one day and a relaxing spa treatment (a real treat). Thank you for an amazing stay xx
This little gem is is at the end of the Medina, and a very nice break from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. Service is A+ in my opinion, and the staff are very attentive. The garden is gorgeous and cool in the summer heat. There’s a resident turtle roaming the gardens, so keep an eye out for the house TMNT. Food was good, and you have the option of a European or Moroccan dishes. Breakfast is also good, and has a nice mix of local and European cuisine. All in all a 10/10 experience!
We went here for our wedding anniversary trip, our sultan room was beautiful and the surroundings and staff were amazing. The only thing which could have been approved was us having to ask them to make our room and the pillow smell you are shown when you arrived was not used. When we bought it to the staff attention it was soon rectified. Also I advised the hotel it was our anniversary in advance, but this was the day our room was not cleaned, we were a bit disappointed by this. However we would return as the location is fantastic and the hotel and staff were lovely. I also really liked the bag for the swimming pool.
