Les Olivers is really fancy historic hotel. Amazing location. Professional service and personal attention. At great prices. Definitely recommend for stay while visiting Sfax.
The hotel is perfectly located a walking distance to the Medina and several restaurants. There is also a grocery store a few meters away. Room was spacious with a good size wardrobe. Bedding was clean but mattresses needed some update. Breakfast was fair. Not too many western food but you could find the basic like bread and cereal. The restaurant in site was good, we had lunch one day and food was tasty and price was ok.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The front desk manager was extremely rude, refusing to provide their name and stating. When I asked for a place to sit and work, they responded dismissively, "We have no place for you." The security staff was also impolite. This level of disrespect is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. Avoid if you expect professionalism!
