Ok, I have just read some of the reviews and was surprised as they were not fair. The hotel can be easily 5 stars - everything is very nice and neat, the location is great, rooms are spacious and comfortable, we had a spa room and really enjoyed it. The pool is outdoor and indoor with nice gentle bubbles and sprays. There is a sauna and steam room and relaxing area with lounge chairs. Breakfast was simple (3 stars hotel type) but they had everything you need to start your day: ham, cheese, eggs, croissants, mini pastries, yogurts, cereals, fruits etc and coffee was good ! So if you are in the area to enjoy the mountains and beautiful hikes, this place is a great find ! I would definitely come back!

Pleasant hotel, indeed in hot weather the air conditioning can be a bit tricky and the fly problem (!) in the restaurant is a nuisance

+ The SPA had no so many rules. Good! The finnish sauna was alright, I guess. But the benches were too worn out. Seriously, who the hell thought splinters were okay? - Breakfast was more like a tease than a meal. I mean, they served eggs so overcooked they were practically blue. I think they were trying to channel Avatar or something. - Don't even get me started on that AC. It sounded like a jet engine taking off and did about as much cooling as a warm hug. - The kicker? No one was around on Monday! No bar, no restaurant. It was like a ghost town. I mean, seriously, a heads-up would've been nice, you know? Don't leave your guests hanging dry like that.
