The place is stunning and very peaceful — ideal for nature lovers. However, the communication from the management was surprisingly cold and unfriendly. Hospitality is not just about location and facilities, it’s also about how you speak to your guests. A more respectful and professional tone is the least one should expect, especially from a place of this level.
Big floor with three bedrooms and living room two bathroom and kitchen, but you must know there is no coffee or tea or bottle of water. the tissue is enough for one day you must bring everything with you Unfortunately the last day the elevator is not working There is no AC
We enjoyed our stay here overall. The chalets are really beautiful and inside the woods and very modern with central heating system. The reason for 4 stars is because we were asked to clean up the room and also to buy toilet paper before and other amenities for the house. Additionally the house didn’t even have a sponge or soup to wash the dishes although we were asked to clean. For the price we paid, I would expect at minimum that they could throw away the garbage and not ask us to do it. Anyhow, besides the above it is a lovely place.
