Les Roches Fleuries

One we will come back to fur sure, a view that is worth the money alone but this is more, super cosy rooms, lovely lounge and bar areas and food to die for, it was simply delicious! Fantastic service rounded off a great overnight stay that we wished was longer! (Shower wasn't so good was the only downside)

Amazing room, with perfect decor and comfort. The only flaw was the bathroom that was a little bit outdated relative to the rest of the highly curated environment. Other than that the hotel was amazing, the staff super friendly, and the pool very clean, relaxing and well managed. I loved having the opportunity to reserve the spa for one hour. A real added value.

Had a terrible experience at the Hotel: it is a premium priced hotel, well above average for the villages and surrounding area so was expecting it to be exceptional. The rooms are quite dated, the bathrooms have not been upgraded with the recent rennovation. It is a distance from the small local resorts (Combloux and Princesse) and requires a transfer because of this. For a hotel that is charging nearly £300 a night for a "deluxe" room is is incredibly overpriced and would not recommend. When we complained to the management on the return they sent a ill-mannered, incorrect email dismissing my complaints. Terrible attitude from management.
