hotel is more than nice. Hotel is nostalgic place for native zeralda people. one is very old.. I think it is from the colony French time so that’s all.
Worst place you could stay at, there is no hot water, no A/C and TV remotes, they’re lost according to the reception. The rooms are dirty and dusty, the rooms stink cigarettes. Breakfast is basic. Service feels a bit like they’re doing you a favour. The beach is full of trash, plastic everywhere, I do not recommend it.
Not recommended for family. I stayed with my family 4 days but had bad experience with the service quality provided and mainly there was an incident in the hotel early morning whee man was beating a lady to death in the corridor just in-front of our door, My kids were terrified to hear the sounds ans scream of the lady being beaten by the man. 40 min later the security came and separated the two persons.
