Excellent spa... one of the best we ever had. Great friendly staff
The hotel is in a very good location. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up from anywhere in 1850. The room and the bathroom are big and clean they also have 'shatafa' in the bathroom which is a big plus. I dropped a star for an average restaurant.
no response from the management after Corona shut-down, even the email address is no longer in service; I advice no booking and prepayment, better book a different hotel! This behavior is for a wished 5* hotel unacceptable!
