The service was excellent. The rooms were clean, the hardwood floors were much better than carpet. There were some noises from the bridge ramps and the neighbors. The complementary breakfast was okay, the coffee wasn't very good.

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted. We appreciated that we were able to converse in English. Our room was a little bit of a surprise: we had booked a room with two queens which were actually in separate rooms (with both rooms having an entrance to the single bathroom). No problems with this though if you are travelling with children you may want to ask for this style of room. The main reason for our review was the air conditioner: extremely noisy (like, wake you up every hour noisy) and definitely in need of some maintenance. If not for this we would have left a 5 star review.

10 minutes from downtown, good prices, suite rooms are good. Nothing fancy but suited to our needs. Here for a dance competition and wanted a larger room with separate bedrooms and no hotels downtown offered this. Motel style so you can park in front of room. Update: if you stay under 3 nights, they don't clean/service room... so you have to go to lobby for towels, etc.. you have to make your own bed, empty the garbage, clean yourself... quite annoying considering two nights cost over 700$ during competition week.... pool was also closed due to water tests being no good 😬🤢 we have previously stayed here in another suite only 1 night so didn't realize these issues. We paid 1/2 for a bigger suite in September. So overall overpriced for what was offered this time, worth 1/2. Depends on rate i guess, very basic motel. * also the toilet was very noisy all night making pump sounds (probably an easy fix though).
