We stayed at this lovely apartment for 6 nights as a family of four and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect—tucked away from the busy streets so it was quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the main center of Sorrento. It also made a great base for exploring the surrounding areas like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment itself was ideal for our family. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchenette, and the beds were comfortable. A thoughtful touch was the selection of essentials provided on arrival like coffee pods, jam, and crackers. Despite being an apartment, it was cleaned daily and always spotless—huge thanks to Mrs. Nadia, Mrs. Ilaria, and Mrs. Nunzia for their hard work! Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent throughout—we always received prompt replies to any questions we had. We especially loved having a balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee or unwind with a book after a day of sightseeing. We did make use of the swimming pool at the neighbouring hotel. While it was quite pricey (€50 for 2 adults and 2 children), we were aware in advance that it wasn’t part of the apartment and that the pricing was set by the hotel. We absolutely fell in love with Sorrento and would definitely love to return—and when we do, we’ll happily stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Complete with a kitchenette and balcony. The location is also very nice as it’s only a short walk to the main area of Sorrento. Our only issue was the door to enter the apartment area was extremely finicky and often took many tries to unlock. We also notified the staff that our shower wasn’t properly draining upon arrival and requested additional shampoo/soap which neither were resolved during our four night stay. Having an in room coffee machine was a nice addition and the bed was very comfortable.

Nadia is amazing. We had an issue with the air conditioning the night we arrived. We checked in late. Almost 830-9pm. I messaged her it was leaking. She immediately replied saying they would get it fixed! Was fixed fast. WOW. AMAZING. Towels always clean and fresh. Our suite also had a mini kitchenette we always made breakfast with eggs and coffee. 11/10. Amazing. Grazie Nadia!
