We stayed for 4 days. The staff was polite and check-in was fast. The room was exceptional. We had a stove, pots and pans, nespresso and assorted pods. The bed was comfy as was the couch. The location near the marais was ideal. TV was huge as well. And the WiFi was fast. All in all exceptional value, and a phenomenal stay.

The perfect place in Paris. The two guys who worked at night are amazing. I was there a couple of weeks ago for fashion week and it's the perfect place in the center of Paris. The room was really nice and modern.

I booked through Booking which was for 3 nights in this hotel at a cost of almost 1,000 euros. When the flight from Israel to Paris was canceled due to the war, I immediately contacted the hotel to change the date of stay because I was unable to schedule another flight, they refused, even after many explanations and even a special request from Booking's customer service who understood the problem and expressed wonder how it is that the hotel managers do not understand. The hotel managers refused on the grounds that the hotel's procedures are strict, but the hotel's procedures are determined by people who can show empathy and understanding in the unusual situation and unfortunately that was not the case. This is a very high cost and the greed of the hotel managers, who earned double, both charged me the full amount and could sell the room I booked to someone else. These are not people who should provide service to people and certainly not manage a hotel, I do not recommend staying in a hotel with such people.
