Les Suites Hotel Ottawa

Excellent location and value as compared to the other hotels nearby. We stayed in a two room suite and were happy to have access to a washer and dryer as well as kitchen. The location is close walking distance to many local attractions as well as the train station. It was easy to get here from the airport using transit. The room was clean and had daily maid service. The front desk staff were always very courteous and helpful. The only downsides were the slow elevators. The pool was always very busy but we did not use it much. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great amenities! The suites are essentially little apartments! Full-size kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, laundry in unit! Nice, fresh, modern, very clean. The hotel pool is small but enjoyable. Ample parking in the garage (for a fee). It was awesome to have the parking be valid until 11pm on checkout day, so we could check out of the hotel but keep exploring the city.

Great location. Beautiful, large, updated rooms. Cafe downstairs is yum. Garden Courtyard on 5 is so nice and relaxing. BUT I probably wouldn’t come back just because of the elevator situation… It’s wild to have to wait 15+ minutes every single time you need the elevator. Took us like 2 hours to check out because we had to make 2 trips up and down the elevators. They were full every single time. One trip we had to pass up on 6 full elevators before one had room for us. Crazy! Not nearly enough or fast enough for the number of guests.
