Flawless communication from the host, huge apartment in the most central possible location. Highly recommend! (We stayed in a two bedroom called Los Angeles) PROS -best possible location to visite Sete -view on the canal -small garden/terrace -Nespresso machine -extremely clean, comfortable and luxurious -Occitane toiletries -had both a bath and a bath with nice bathrobes -perfect communication with host who provided all the details necessary for a flawless self-checkin via WhatsApp -highly recommend to eat at The Marcel, the one star Michelin restaurant around the corner -good aircon, comfortable pillows, pitch black room -perfect WiFi CONS -parking at the underground parking du Canal is the only option. It’s convenient but will cost you €20+ per day. It’s secure however and 300m from the apartment. -20€ for breakfast seems excessive when you have 3 bakeries less than a minute walking distance from the flat

Disappointing Review Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment did not live up to my expectations. Communication with the manager was complicated, as she was unavailable after 5 p.m., making it difficult to make any requests or adjustments during my stay. A reservation change, requested a month before the scheduled date, was not processed. I also noted a lack of consistency in the rates charged, and no goodwill was offered, despite an error made by a young intern. I regret this lack of professionalism and hope that the establishment will improve its management and welcome in the future.

Very bad experience. After changing the number of people and the room size a month ago, the change was recorded by someone from the residence. We arrived on the day of the change, and the change supposedly hadn't been made. The manager told us at 5 p.m. that she was done for the day and that it wasn't the only thing she had to deal with; she'd see about it the next day. The next day, we were kindly told that it was probably a mistake made by one of the employees, and that the prices were factual. Lol, are the prices factual??? No, they're apparently for this lady who's in charge of the customer. In short, she doesn't want to hear anything. She tells us that we slept in a bed, that it's better than a sofa. No, but that's still us who decide what we want, and it wasn't accommodation for 6 but for 4 that we wanted and that had been reserved. She tells us that she didn't receive the change. But then how can we explain that there are only 4 bathrobes, 4 coffee cups, 4 towels, 4 toothbrushes available if she didn't know about the change, since there were originally supposed to be 6 of us. So if she hadn't been aware of the change, we should have had all 6 bathrobes, etc. So it's a real scam. We'll be back in Sète, but definitely not at the Suits the Marcel. It's a tourist trap that's all about the customer. Which is a shame because the rooms are great.
