Les Tresorieres met all our expectations and surprised with nice sauna and pool. Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms with self adjustable air conditioning. The receptionist gave very good restaurant tips and all service was very timely and extremely friendly. We felt welcomed! ❤️ We would come back anytime!
À magnifique experience at a wonderful hotel! My partner and I stopped in Tours for one night (which is a charming city, btw!) on our way to a family vacation, and we are so happy we did. This hotel had amazing service, sizable and comfortable rooms, and great amenities. Before our check out in the morning, I used the pool and hammam spa, and it was a delight. We were able to walk everywhere and parking was a breeze as well—just across the street and around the corner underneath the Halles (for a small fee!). If your travels take you through Tours, do yourself a favor—stay here!
I booked this hotel through Amex and initially had high expectations. However, I experienced a serious breach of privacy during my stay. Shortly after check-in, a staff member entered our room without notice or consent while my partner and I were in a private and vulnerable situation. The explanation provided—‘night service’—did not make sense, as we had just arrived. This incident violated basic standards of guest privacy. When I raised the issue with the hotel, I did not receive a sincere apology or an adequate resolution. Instead, the focus was placed on the non-refundable nature of my booking, which dismissed the seriousness of the situation. I also encountered conflicting explanations about why the staff entered the room, further adding to my concerns about transparency and professionalism. Despite contacting the manager directly and through Amex, my concerns were not properly addressed. The lack of empathy and professionalism throughout this experience was disappointing. Having stayed in 5-star hotels worldwide, this incident did not meet the standards of hospitality and guest care expected from such an establishment. I cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.
