5 stars for the recreational crew (french: l'equipe d'animation pour les enfants et les adults), their quality of work! A huge thank you to you guys for being attentive and kind, and so professional. 5 stars to the restaurant staff who have to handle hungry masses being constantly attentive and polite. 3 stars to the comfort of the rooms and the quality of the club: Space to improve: quality of bed, linen, shower, smell in the rooms. Dishes in the restaurant - partially broken, often not well cleaned - probably the dish washer quality. The lobby / bar area have been remade and are very comfortable. 5 stars to the ESF school working with the club. Very good lessons, high quality standards on several ski levels.

Avoid this hotel by all means. What could be worse than arriving at your room to find it smelling of urine after hours of travel? The WC and the washroom were not cleaned at all. Towels were on the floor, and the bin was full of rubbish. I had to climb 8 floors to complain because the elevator system was not functional, and there was a long, long queue to use it. What was worse was that the staff ignored me at the reception while I was waiting in line for at least 15 minutes. He just walked away when it was my turn, without saying anything! Totally unacceptable! Another staff member took my complaint and told me she would send someone immediately to clean the room. However, when I returned to my room via the stairs (again, a long queue for the elevator, while the hotel has 11 floors!), nobody had come to clean. Of course, I had to climb the 8 floors again to complain! You can imagine how exhausting and unpleasant it is to start your holiday like this. It is officially a 4-star hotel, but I don't think it deserves any stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel that left much to be desired. The hallways had a distinct smell of smoke, which was not pleasant. To make matters worse, upon entering the room, I noticed that only two out of the three beds had been made, despite the fact that the room booking was for three people. The room itself was incredibly small and had a very limited wardrobe, which made storing our things quite difficult. The bathroom was particularly disappointing as it had a distinct smell of mold, which made it unpleasant to use. It was clear that the hotel had not undergone any refurbishment since it first opened in 1997. The walls were incredibly thin, which meant that I could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. The use of the spa facilities was also limited to just one hour, which was frustrating, while the gym facilities were limited and not inviting Additionally, the food was mediocre at best, and the coffee was terrible. To make matters worse, even the water tasted like chlorine, which made it difficult to enjoy a refreshing drink. Nothing cozy about that hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The smell of smoke in the hallways, the small and poorly maintained rooms, the limited spa facilities, and the mediocre food and coffee made for an unpleasant stay.
