Unfortunately, this is an absolute failure of this accommodation. There is so much small print in the terms and condition's that no one can read it in front of it. Minimum age, overpriced deposit and unbearable contact with the customer. ATTENTION BEFORE THIS ACCOMMODATION
BE CAREFUL!!! If you are less than 35 years old, they will not confirm your booking, and NOT return money !!!!
⚠️ SCAM and total customer abandonment! I booked and paid in advance for an apartment managed by Boutique Collection Uncibay / DELSA VACATIONAL SERVICES SL through Booking. After payment, I am informed of an absurd minimum age requirement of 35 years that was never informed before booking. They refuse to accommodate us, do not return the money and do not respond to calls or emails. A completely abusive and fraudulent practice. I am already in legal procedures. Careful!
