Geat location and view with really nice rooms and amazing staff and value for money and safe as well and close to the beach as well

We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay at the resort. I’d like to specifically mention extremely kind staff - you made this stay memorable. Our room was spacious enough, had a nice big bathroom, balcony and a small kitchen. It was equipped with all we needed. It was also very clean. Resort had all required amenities - 3 pool areas, pool bar, gym, spa and several restaurants. I gave 4 for location, because the resort is quite remote from civilisation (e.g., we had to walk uphill for 10mins for the nearest 7-eleven) and there are not many nice restaurants nearby. However, big plus was a beautiful beach 5mins from the hotel.

Nice hotel but not worthy of the prices and the number of stars. Pros: very big, beautiful swimming pool, great position because in the middle of various nice (but savage) beaches. The reception is available up to late at night. Cons: The room was cleaned only on request and the towels were broken and not changed until we called the reception for it. The shower gel dispenser was not recharged after finishing the soap (at the 3/5 day of stay), as well as the cotton buds. The welcome kit was poor. Very expensive restaurants inside. There is a shuttle that you can pay and brings you to the city center at some hours of the day
