Level Chicago River North

We had the best weekend trip to Chicago, staying at Level River North. The free arcade was a hit with my 9 year old son. We spent every morning in there as a family, having a great time. Staff and residents were super kind and welcoming. The gym was my favorite part. I own a Barre Fitness education company, so seeing a barre in the studio area of the gym just made my day. You all really thought of everything. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Chicago.

Wonderful stay! Wonderful staff, rooms, amenities, & indoor parking facilities! Staff were friendly, helpful, & accommodating. Honored our special requests & answered all our questions on elevator operation (enter floor, scan key til green, & screen tells you which elevator your assigned to get on) & garage access (call to be let in, park in assigned parking spot, & where to access elevator ). Rooms are spacious, balcony is huge bonus, & offer beautiful views of the city. Amenities are top notch, we loved the outdoor hot tub, grills, fire pit & indoor arcade room, free spa services (sauna & steam shower), & family kitchen hosting room. We did not use the pet facilities however they look amazing & ideal for those traveling with pets. Reading other reviews, we were was concerned about how our experience would be however after staying, we would highly recommend Level River North & look forward to staying again in addition to checking out their other Chicago locations.

River North Location is very nice. The discount for IL residents was nice and this is the only location included parking with staycation. My only issue with this is the payment process. The do a per- screening “background check” that I do like and give me Comfort that they not let any and every one book. But that’s a $2 hold and then you book for the room the day before the take full one night + tax then check in pay the remaining balance + the additional $300 per night to cover for damage damages if any after check out and refund the extra money in couple of days. The amount of times my room got cancelled due to them not giving a breakdown of payment when it’s being collected was very annoying. I was able to call the front desk and they where very helpful to get my room rebooked, but I think they just need to due a down payment at booking and the remaining at check in it’s to much taking out at different time on people cards . Overall the room was nice clean and family friendly. They have an arcade room, sauna room, and the have a roof top pool , media room, full gym and much more. They do give assigned parking so you don’t have to look for a space every time you go. It’s very high tech so if you’re not tech savvy you will have a hard time getting around in the place. The have a leasing office so I assume people stay long then 30 days will have to pay “rent “ but it’s an option to extend your stay longer then 30days .
