Level Luxury Suites

No complaints at all with our hotel. Look out for a small sign down the street and then a couple flights of stairs to reach the reception. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and add everything needed. The rooms were a little hot, but the air con can be turned on to lower the temperature. We had a minibar at reasonable prices and coffee, kettle, glasses and mugs. Bed was really comfortable and the 1 and a half pillow each side was fine with me. TV was a little difficult to work out as it kept coming up with an error but it was not a bother to me. The location is great. It’s a couple of minutes walk from the main centre and there is a bus stop with good links down the end of the road. Overall, really good.

Stayed repeated times last years. Location is great. But premises and rooms, need improvements. Not acceptable to find shoes stamps over the wall or to smell cigarette smoke in the room when you check in, even is (supposed to be) strictly prohibited. At least i was allocated in another room. What about if there was not free room available? Internet is an issue, as if you are apple user (Mac, iPhone etc) no chance to be connected. And even you mentioned it to the receptionist, the answer is just the typical one “ it’s apple issue, android users don’t face any problem connecting to our network…”. And so what ? What’s your reaction to solve to people? Better to mention it in your description, that iPhone users are kindly recommending to book to another venue, not to Lever Luxury Suites as you might face problems with our WiFi network. Parking spots are available under charge (20€ per day) that is above average daily parking fees in Belgrade (10-15€, even in 4-5 star hotels). Coffee capsules are under charge as well. I think with so many issues, the management should place some coffee capsule machines inside the rooms, as per complementary use to make their guest feeling more comfortable and welcoming. It’s not all about the money. PS: highlight the dangerous broken chair inside the room..

Awful service, paid parking 40 euros for 2 days, when we went out and got back we didnt have parking spot. When we called they told us to go to another garage to look for parking space. If you want to use the jacuzzi you need to tell them 1 hour before, you cant fill water by yourself its closed. The rooms are okay, but not worth the price. Also there isnt elevator.
