Level Vancouver Yaletown Seymour

We stayed for 2 nights in July, including Canada Day. Our alley facing room was clean and quiet. The one bedroom suite is about twice the size of a typical Vancouver hotel room and is great if you have kids with you. The quality of the fixtures and furnishings was low, but it was all functional. In room laundry is a big plus. Our room was not supplied with dish soap or tissues, which is an oversight and speaks to the bare bones amenities. All of the staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming; very impressed with them.

The place offers lovely, fully equipped studio rooms with everything you need for a longer stay. The studios are spacious, modern, and have a nice view. Overall, everything was clean—except for the balcony. I didn’t love that towels and bedsheets weren’t changed daily, and breakfast wasn’t included, especially given the high price. It felt more like a high-end Airbnb, but I would’ve preferred a more traditional hotel experience. The staff were friendly. The pool was small but nice, and the hot tub, sauna, and gym were great additions.

This was actually a decent hotel. Much better than I expected. The room was clean. All amenities as expected. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Quiet rooms. We enjoyed the stay as a family. The price is high though. I would return if the price dips or I can hunt a deal.
