Levi Hotel Spa

We enjoyed our time at Levi Spa Hotel. The location was perfectly central and close proximity to many things. The spa was amazing since we got a package deal with our room, we got to enjoy the spa as well. The breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decently cleaned but could be improved. Only thing to keep in mind is that rooms are in separate buildings so you may need to walk out of your room for breakfast unless you are situated in the main building which was not an issue for us.

We were here in September 2024, one of the most magical places of our lives. Everything was perfect. We got a free upgrade of our bedroom, breakfast was truly amazing, and the spa access was nice. The cherry on the cake? A super strong dancing aurora from our balcony every night! Every week, we wish we could come back for our next vacation.

I have been to many different hotels, but this was the first time they told me my room is not ready when I arrived at 6:00 PM. Check-in starts around 4PM that's OK but it was past two hours and they told me to wait around hour more. I wanted to try water world while waiting. Water world is placed in another building and reception is at another building. Reception gave us the towels, but there is no tunnel type connection between buildings so you have to put on your clothe, go out in freezing winter, enter near burger king and show the hotel room QR code to enter. After you have finished in the spa you need to do the same to return back to reception to collect the room key. Room was very nice and clean, furniture was good, beds were clean, showers are nice, personal sauna is very nice.
