One of the best hotels I have ever visited! Gorgeous inside, very helpful staff, the fireplace in the room was so wonderful. The only downside - in a room obviously made for a couple (which we were), the beds were 2 single beds joined together without even a common mattrass topper - one of us kept falling in the crack between beds and eventually we resorted to cuddling up on one single bed ... If the room was not for a couple - why join beds? If it was - why not a single bed? Would change this. Otherwise - amazing hotel and would definitely come back!

Just perfect! Sofia and Kostas are kind and helpful. The hotel is wonderful! I would definitely recommend it.

Rude, passive-aggressive owners don’t compensate for nice facilities. . Edit: During reservation i was never asked to provide an id when checking in. If the hotel doesn’t accept a driver’s license and a credit card, they should say so over the phone and at their booking terms provided online. Which they don't. It’s great to go by the book. There is also something called common sense, courtesy and manners. Which you clearly lack of. Keeping this attitude —you never said once im sorry for the inconvenience— will keep getting you bad reviews from people who had to deal with an issue and great reviews from those who were lucky enough to just enjoy the rooms. UPDATE DEC. 12, 2019--Owner still owes us the deposit that by law he had to return since we showed up at the premises. I may be the only bad review here, but you also got my only bad review too...
