What makes this hotel exceptional,are the people working there. I want to give a 10 star to the staff!! We had an amazing experience. The hotel room was super nice, comfortable, very clean! Beds and linen super soft! We felt a bit hot and immediately a staff member put a fan for us. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from. Location is very good. We have left with big smiles !!! I had a truly wonderful stay at Levni Istanbul Hotel Handwritten. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping came every day, and they even refilled large bottles of water daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is important in Istanbul’s summer heat), and the hairdryer was incredibly powerful — a big plus for someone like me with long hair! The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and extremely well-kept. I also loved the free sauna — it was such a relaxing bonus. The location is unbeatable: it’s right in the Old City, and the metro station is literally just outside the hotel entrance. It made getting around the city so convenient. One of the things I appreciated most was how much the staff care about guest comfort. We arrived in Istanbul around 4 AM and reached the hotel at 8 AM. Even though check-in is usually much later, they kindly allowed us to check in early — which meant the world to us after a long journey. Of course, this depends on availability, but it shows how much they prioritize guest satisfaction. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has any low ratings. If you’re a Korean traveler visiting Istanbul, I highly recommend staying here. You’ll feel safe, cared for, and completely comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff were so friendly, helpful, caring, going above and beyond! Especially Sehmi, Oguz, Yigrithim (sp?) and most of all, Ahmad! They helped us keep luggage on the ground floor, take it t taxi,if was like 5* VIP and they did it all for us! For the firs time, Il felt like giving tips to the staffl The connecting rooms were awesome, we could even luggage in the corridor. Good lighting, clean, housekeepin was friendly. Breakfast was standard but had everything that was t needed, and tasty. I definitely put on weight! Location was amazing. 5-10m walk to everything and pleasant vibe. We would definitely stay here again if we were in lstanbul. I usually try and find faults to reduce a star but at Levni, I really can't! CO The pool timing was awkward for kids. Room AC was too hot for the first day, had to get it repaire 4 times. Then, it was too cold and we couldn't switch it off. It was difficult to find the hotel at check in, but the staff were super helpful!
