I came here as there was an issue at my Airbnb. I didn’t do too much research before hand. The room was super small and the walls were paper thin. My neighbor was on a phone call and I practically was apart of the conversation. Wifi is not great either. Worst of all, THERE IS NO HOT WATER! I had to take a cold shower. The guy working nights was such an awesome dude. I can’t complain about the staff because they were amazing.

Awful experience at this place, the night staff member is rude and indiscreet. Very disrespectful telling other people your business. Room’s walls are thin and you can hear the music from the bars around you, also next door person as well. No hot water and internet doesn’t work at night. Please stay away from this place.

Firstly i was never told the lift was not working, i came with a group of 10 people including my 70year old mother and this was not suitable for someone who cannot walk too many stairs and elderly! Ridiculous EXTREMELY LOUD noises from the licorera downstairs who is sooo inconsiderate playing the music even without punters. The rooms are new but do need a clean up very dirty floors and rugs as well as not a very good smell once you walk in the rooms. No sound proof windows it is insane how loud it is. Not very good value for money and i certainly didn’t have any rest at all!! A very awful experience, shame because hotel is very well located and central but terrible noise and attention to details. After seeing the reviews it looks like the owner does NOT pay any attention to the suggestions and complaints and the lift is still not fixed. Very sad as this was a family holiday and this was very disappointing.
