Rooms - reception upgraded my room to a panorama view room which was very big, clean, and very convenient. Overall excellent room to stay. The room had all the amenities. Service - it is rare in China for people to talk or understand English, I was surprised when the staff in reception could talk and understand English. Overall checking in and checkout was very quick. Location - I was traveling by taxi all the time as it is very convenient, tried to walked around to find anything interesting (good restaurant or beautiful place) but could not find anything. Anyway I don't think it has a bad location, as I could reach to any place within 10 minutes drive by taxi

I like this hotel's location, it has many restaurants and shops nearby. The room and the bathroom are spacious, and our room has a nice city view. Good services, friendly staff. The only flaw is that the smoke smells when first entering the room. It should be a smoke-free hotel, but people smoke in their rooms. I smelled it again in the hallway on the second day. What I like the most is the bed and the pillow. It's the most comfortable mattress and the pillow I have ever used. Shower water pressure is fantastic 👌

Pinned location on Google maps is wrong, but address is correct. Could be due to different coordinate system. There is small shopping mall besides the hotel with a reasonable size supermarket. The hotel has a small gym and is supposedly known for it massage services. The room is big and has a large bathroom with a tub. Power sockets accept international plugs but voltage is 220V. TV only has CCTV channels so if you don't understand Mandarinor Cantonese, there are only a few channels. To the left of the hotel entrance, after the mall and across the streets, there are small shops and restaurants in the alleys, including another supermarket so it is quite a local area. If you like to take the MTR, then it is not so near as the hotel is between 2 stations on Line 7. At Shixia, there is another mall.
