L'Heritage Hotel

During my trip to Vietnam, I stayed at the Hotel Heritage in Hanoi for 4 days, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location is excellent – right in the heart of Hanoi, close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel is peaceful and offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. If I ever return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at Hotel Heritage again. I highly recommend it to all travelers stopping by this vibrant and fascinating city. It's truly a gem!

Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Hotel breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from, along with breakfast pho and eggs done your way that can be requested. If you’re looking to stay in the old quarter the location is great, just bring some ear plugs for sleeping.

I had a fantastic experience at Hanoi L'Heritage Hotel. The location is perfect - right in the Old Quarter but still quiet enough to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the street below. Special thanks to Trang Vu at the reception - she's not only pretty but also super helpful and enthusiastic. Her warm attitude really made my stay more memorable. Would definitely come back!
