L'Hermitage Hotel

Where do I start with L'Hermitage! We have been coming here almost every year when we're in Vancouver for many years, so that is a testament to how much we love it. Every single staff member is really friendly and accommodating so you are completely stress free! The rooms are always meticulous and the beds are so comfy that you can't help but give into the jet lag and have a (not so) quick nap! The pool and hot tub are what dreams are made of and it's a little pocket of relaxation in the heart of bustling Vancouver. Gym machines are very well mainted and it's spacious too, so no worries if there's someone else there at the same time. Possibly the standout, however, is the AMAZING breakfast! I had the French toast which never lets me down, and the avocado toast is also excellent. The service at the restaurant is second to none and the young lady we had this time was especially nice - we had her both mornings so her positivity was a great start to the day! We will definitely be back because it just keeps getting better every time! The flavoured water in the lobby is also a nice touch. Thank you L'Hermitage and all of the amazing staff!

A beautiful hotel that is expertly managed and has a warm, professional and helpful staff from the front desk to the in- room cleaning staff. Everything was spotless. Great location. Outstanding soundproofing of the rooms. Comfortable and spacious room. Wonderful balcony with seating. I love sipping our Nespresso and tea in the morning reading comfortable sitting area. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend..

We recently stayed 2 nights at L'Hermitage while visiting Vancouver with our 4 children and 2 older parents after a cruise to Alaska. We absolutely LOVED our experience there! From the moment we stepped inside the lobby, we felt welcomed and accommodated. Our rooms were ready early and they upgraded one of our rooms and placed us beside each other. The rooms were spacious, clean, well appointed, sunny and bright. Beth at the front desk was incredibly friendly, giving us a map and suggesting places we could go as a family. She greeted us with a smile each day. When we checked out, they allowed us to store our luggage and hang out by the pool, and aided us with a cab to the airport. The location was fantastic - walkable to many restaurants, a grocery store, playgrounds and other attractions. When traveling with 4 children, it is often challenging to find arrangements that accommodate a large family, and even so, it is not always met with a smile and such a welcoming demeanor. I cannot say enough about the WHOLE TEAM at L'Hermitage who made our last few days in Vancouver the perfect cherry on top of a wonderful vacation. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to return!
