Great location for cathedral and centre of the old town. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Lovely tea/coffee making facility in reception. No air conditioning but fan was provided in the room. The lift is impossibly small.
We had a friendly welcome as we checked into the 1950s hotel. Our room was compact but was styled well. It had a spacious balcony with views to the Seine and the Archive Tower which was celebrating its fiftieth birthday. The shower pressure was good, the WiFi worked well , bed was comfy and there was a kettle in the room. We could have done with some shelved storage for clothes and a bedside table at the left side of the bed. The breakfast was great and we loved the selection of bread. It made a great base to explore Rouen with the cathedral and old town close by.
Location great but the hotel is really tired looking. Bathroom wasn't clean (shower gel and hairs still on the wall from previous guest), shower was luke warm, and the breakfast was a bit chaotic with not enough bread. Stay if you really need to.
