I was not a hotel guest but I booked the day spa for the day. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there needs to be more investment. Specifically, the robes and some of the fixtures around the spa. While using the pools it was clear there were some areas that needed some looking at. Many lamps were out, there were bandaids along the sides of the pools, and the overhead fixtures over some of the pools needed covering/cleaning/fixing. The robes were rough and overused. All this being said, I did still have a great time. The restaurant was incredible!
We stayed at this hotel last winter and really enjoyed the different pools and spas. It is true it is not the most modern hotel sure, but it has its charm I would say. It is like staying at an old palace😊 choice at breakfast was OK, nothing crazy. It needs some work I would say
This hotel is far from the 5-star status it claims. I would rate it at best a 3-Stars, and that's being generous. Thankfully, our stay is only for 2 nights. It’s imperative that this hotel updates its outdated decor and facilities; it feels stuck in the 70s. The quality of the decor and the furniture in the room are simply unacceptable. (Note the Photos) I would absolutely not recommend this Thermal Spa to anyone seeking to restore their well-being. Last October, we stayed at the Grotta Giusti Therme for 10 days, and that Thermal Spa truly deserves its 5-star rating.
