LHP Certaldo Resort

We had a wonderful stay in Certaldo. The hotel is ultra modern, clean and nice. The air con could be a little stronger, on the first night it struggled cooling the room, however the next day it caught up. The staff is wonderful, big shout out to the restaurant waitress - she’s really going over and beyond to provide a 5* service. We didn’t have high expectations about the food, given how small the hotel is, but boy were we wrong! The pasta is absolutely delicious! Our favourite was the Pici! If I had to nitpick: - I’d say you guys need to print the pool side menu to every seat by the pool. When I came in, there was only one seat left, which didn’t have the menu QR and it took me a bit before I figured out how to order - It’s super weird that pool towels are in the rooms, rather being available by the pool? For the first time visitor this would be easier - room service could have better selection of food But to be honest, these are tiny details. I’d be happy to stay there longer.

Enjoyed a brilliant weekend here. Hotel was exquisite in a very picturesque setting. Rooms were well appointed. The staff were very helpful.

Loved this hotel! It was beautiful, super clean, and the service was terrific. The suite was spacious and the staff were wonderful !
