This is a fabulous hotel. A little bit outside of the city but not inconvenient. The decor is modern, pretty & very clean. Staff was exceptionally nice & friendly, willing to help. The rooms are beautiful & mine was amazing; I had the 2 room suite with a sauna, Turkish bath & jacuzzi. Unfortunately I didn't have time for a spa service which was included with my room charge. Breakfast was well presented & fresh. My coworker pointed out some things to try that are local to Naples. Great experience, wish I could've stayed longer.

What I liked: I really enjoyed the hotel’s very modern, boutique-style, and chic design — it’s beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was spotlessly clean. There were also some nice restaurants nearby, and the hotel is conveniently close to a metro station. What I didn’t like: The location is a bit outside the main attractions. Suggestion for improvement: It would be great if the swimming pool could open earlier, maybe around 8 or 9 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. Overall: This is a stylish and comfortable hotel with great service, excellent breakfast, and a chic atmosphere, making it a lovely place to stay.

Nice hotel, very presentable and clean. Some nice, friendly and flexible staff, including not charging for the tiniest of things which makes for a better and smoother experience. Has a decent pool. However...Some staff who weren't very flexible; almost everything was an extra cost which isn't really inline with a high quality hotel that you've already paid a lot for. Drinks very expensive for what you get, I had a drink from a bottle that wasn't empty but was put aside and I had to ask for it to top up the glass after I drank some, and an orange juice was £8 for a tiny cup that at breakfast a couple of hours earlier was unlimited. Pool is not very big. Location isn't great as there is not much around but it is handy for the airport. Wall sockets and card holder to activate electricity in the room fell off easily and toilet "spat" at you when flushed with the lid and seat up. Conditioner and shampoo dispensers in our shower were empty so had to wash without - they did bring some up later but it was too late. Good in the restaurant was overpriced and didn't seem to use fresh ingredients on some cases, also not at all flexible regarding cooking items off menu. They have parking but it is expensive and has to be booked in advance. Staff on reception when checking in wasn't very helpful and was insisting he had given us back our passports when he hadn't and this set a bad start. Rating would have been far worse if it were not for those staff who were more flexible and friendly.
