Hard to think that in a (4 stars) hotel, nobody speak English and anything is written in English. This makes everything hard, even a simple check-in... Besides this, rooms are big and clean, even for European standards.
Location of the hotel was very good, right next to Jiang Hsia Subway Station. The room was good and had good space. Pricing was ok. But service was aweful. They do not call texi for guests and they did not inform any information unless you asked, attitude and service was totally unacceptable. The room is spacious and the price itself is good. What is regrettable is that the service quality is quite poor. In addition to not being able to call taxis on behalf of customers, they did not specifically confirm their housing rights when checking in. They did not serve guests in order at the counter. The attitude and service quality of the waiters were completely unacceptable.
