Liberdade Lisboa

I stayed at the NH Collection in Lisbon for 3 nights. The location, room, breakfast and rooftop pool and bar were all fantastic. But what really made the hotel stand out was the truly exceptional warmth, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. From check in to departure reception, bar, restaurant and lobby staff were all ready to help with genuine interest and a smiling face. In all my travels I struggle to recall a hotel team with such high quality across the whole team. Thank you for making my stay in Lisbon a genuine pleasure.

Let me tell you about the NH Lisboa Liberdade!!! I have stayed at this specific location three times and I will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Lisbon. I like the fact that everything you need is within walking distance; shops, restaurants, sights etc…however it is away from the center, which can tend to be busy. The staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating. Sr. Carlos is always going above and beyond when it comes to questions, concerns, and requests. He emulates the typical Portuguese kindness and respect. It truly “feels like home” whenever I arrive at the NH Liberdade! Don’t miss the spectacular view from the rooftop bar, and while you are there take in the beauty of Lisbon with a delicious cocktail.

Our stay came at the end of our wonderful, 2 week vacation celebrating our 50th anniversary. As with the NH Collection in Barcelona and Porto, we found the hotel to be most excellent. The associates couldn't have been more helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.
