Highly recommend this lovely hotel. Beautiful location and setup for a very reasonable price. The girls were all very helpful and I shared lots of laughs with Beatriz who is very kind. Great rooms and great service, highly recommend 👍
For me and my family is the best hotel in Medellín Colombia, the rooms are very comfortable and clean along with the view from the balcony being amazing the staff there were very kind and professional the spa was very relaxing and comfortable the pool ,sauna and jacuzzi were a nice experience, thank you.
If you want a quiet night sleep, avoid!! Music was on until late even though no one was in the common areas or eating. Music was again on from 9am. Rooms are basic and the food is awful! Service was terrible! No one had a single word of English. When I complained about the food no one understood me and tried to make me take it back then tried to charge me for it in the morning. Others from my group sent multiple plates back. Burgers cold and practically raw it was totally unacceptable. I would recommend to avoid this place if possible. They then tried to make us pay for electricity after we checked out. It is stated NOWHERE that you had an additional charge. It was not worth the hassle. AVOID!!
