We stayed here for 6 wonderful nights with our 11‑month‑old baby, and overall we were very happy with our stay! Highlights: • Immaculately clean—from the rooms to the public areas, everything was spotless. • Great variety at the open buffet—plenty of delicious options to satisfy all tastes. • The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. • A fantastic, family‑friendly environment—perfect for parents with young children. A couple of minor notes: • There’s a limited number of beach beds, so if you head down later in the day, you might find them fully occupied. • The beach is not sandy—it’s more pebbly, which is worth noting if a soft, sandy shore is important to you. All in all, this is a top‑notch resort for families. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this hotel is really high quality considering it caters for roughly 4000 guests. The food is amazing, the staff is incredible and very attentive. All services and facilities are top level. Unfortunately the beach, main reason why we chose this hotel, was much below our expectations. The plastic sun beds are stuck all one next to each other under massive tents giving no personal space or privacy. The beach itself is a mix of brown sand, pebbles and stones making it very difficult to walk without plastic shoes. During our stay the sea was almost always very rough and wavy, so if you think you will find soft sand, calm crystal clear waters think again.

My honest review: 3rd time here, still love it but disappointed about today.. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I have always loved it here. The staff, facilities, and overall atmosphere have always been wonderful, that’s why we keep coming back❤️ However, today I experienced something that really disappointed and upset me. During lunch at the water park, I witnessed violence in front of guests, and even in front of children, including my own. I don’t know what the argument was about, but I clearly saw a man hit someone. What shocked me even more was that the security team didn’t seem to address it properly. They only spoke to one side and left the man who used violence alone, without any visible consequences. In my opinion, both parties should have been addressed equally, and anyone using violence should face consequences or at the very least be spoken to firmly???? Violence in front of families and children is a big NO, no matter who you are. I don’t care if the person is a local guest or a foreign tourist, this behaviour is unacceptable. I really feel the hotel could (and should) handle situations like this much better! I’m frustrated because I truly love this place and recommend it often, but today’s incident left me disappointed and concerned about the safety of guests
