We are currently experiencing the best hotel stay ever with my family. As someone who travels the world for work, I can confidently say that such service quality and such attentive staff are truly beyond extraordinary. This is perfection taken to the next level! The quality of the food is simply outstanding — whatever you eat, whatever you taste, is exceptional. Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The meals were absolutely delicious – the food was of an impressively high standard. The overall quality of the hotel was excellent, with attention to every detail. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, which made the experience enjoyable for the whole family. We especially appreciated the room upgrade and the thoughtful treats – it was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Our room was very small. Hotel clearly lists it for 3 guests but we're a family of 4. Sofa bed for kids was rock solid. It took the hotel 3 attempts with guest relations to get a mattress put on. Though some staff clearly went above and beyond their duty, most clearly seemed they were there just to waste time. I asked to bring two guests for an evening meal, they asked for €200. So much for "Turkish Hospitality". I won't be back and I won't recommend.
