We Stayed for 6 days in November 2023. Such a beautiful hotel sparkling clean. Great location. The attached restaurant was fantastic and always buzzing as was the rooftop bar. The lounge with coffee and snacks is great and clean with someone to wash up all the time

It was a joy and a pleasure to stay here! The staff, especially John and Tony at the front desk were fantastic! Our experience of New York through their helpful directions and tips.was incredible! It was always wonderful to return to the hotel and be welcomed back by these friendly and very kind,handsome men! We also would like to give special thanks to Lijiana, Louis, and Nana in housekeeping for their extra special care of my personal situation and requests! Everyone has been amazing and we give our compliments to the managers (especially front desk manager Arman and housekeeping Lijiana)! The staff here are exceptional and really make this a wonderful place to stay in New York City!

Awesome themed hotel with tons of books thuout hotel. . Great to get subways, bus and train lines. Very clean room with excellent shower water pressure. Lovely lounge with snacks, tea,coffee, soda available 24/7 (and of course books). Sweet rooftop bar-also very nice restaurant attached on first floor. Staff professional and extremely friendly.
