Lido Corfu Sun Hotel

Beautiful hotel lovely friendly staff. Food was beautiful. Room and hotel was immaculate. Location brilliant. Shuttle bus was great. Thank you to you all for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful hotel; lovely and friendly staff - Kelly was very helpful and sweet. The pool bar-man Theodoros was very sweet and giving as well. Everything was really clean. The private beach is really nice as well and there is another beautiful beach close by. The only thing we weren’t really aware of was that when you go out of the hotel, you have to walk trough traffic, and they drive really fast.

Was worried as we read some scathing reviews before our holiday. All unfounded after our experience. It was exactly as we had expected an honest and quite traditional Greek hotel. The rooms were clean and bright. We had a sea view. Serviced daily by friendly staff. The food obviously had less choice than an upmarket chain all inclusive, but was a good mix of dishes and always plenty of salads, grilled meats, veg and fish choice. Breakfasts were good too. The team in the restaurant were helpful and polite. There was an especially lovely man who worked in the outdoor seating area at breakfast who we chatted to about our travels in Greece. Good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. If you want a permanent rep on site and premium drinks this is not the place for you, but then you don’t pay premium prices. Also, it is a bit isolated and not a great deal for children. Road is ok for adults to walk along but quite busy. Beach is shingle. The pool area is perfect. Plenty of sun beds available under canopies giving shade in hottest parts of the day. The pool is well maintained. There is a courtesy bus that you can use 3 times a day to get to Benitses and then on to Corfu town for those wanting to see more of the island.
