Such a fun place!! This has been a great end to our Italy trip. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Love the atmosphere of this quaint and charming place!! Love the peacefulness that is here!! And the lake view is breathtaking!!

The location is superb and the view from our room is magnificent. It is a beautiful hotel the staff are not overbearing and always appear when they are needed. The food is well above 4* and have enjoyed every meal. Wholly recommended.

EXPERIENCE: 5/5 The hotel is right in front of the lake (Lago Maggiore): the view from our room, which had a small terrace, was stunning and I don’t think I have ever experienced anything similar before. The structure is old fashioned style, which was really appreciated. The hotel is surrounded by a wide garden which includes trees, terraces and a swimming pool (perfect to relax in a sunny summer day, in the late afternoon, after daily activities). The breakfast is served in a glass-walls room, allowing you to have a wonderful view (and best mood). The zone of Lago Maggiore offers lots of activities (a panoramic train in the close and famous city of Domodossola; a boat trip all along the lake, to/from Switzerland; visit to natural parks and castles; trekking on the close Mottarone mountain; chilling atmosphere during the night, with good restaurants and ice cream shops) and the hotel is in the perfect spot allowing you tos easily reach all of them. SERVICE: 5/5 Best service ever experienced. Right as we entered the structure, the concierge Paolo welcomed us using our names (even prior our presentation) and with an envelope (containing all information and activity suggestions) with a smile on it (small details which highlight the customer attention). They have always been there responding to all our “asks for information”, providing useful info and a sense of great expertise. Paolo, the concierge, is a great and professional man, who made us feeling like at home. It was a very pleasure to meet you! PRICE: 5/5 We took advantage of the Voucher sponsored by Regione Piemonte, so we did manage to receive 3 nights and paying just one (for 150€). For this cost, we literally could not ask for more. However, also for the full price, without voucher, this hotel deserves a total respect and I am pretty sure I will come back in the future. Un hotel fantastico, in una struttura fantastica in stile old fashioned, con una vista fantastica sul lago maggiore (anche direttamente dalla camera con la sua piccola terrazza). Immerso nel verde, dotato di una piscina per il relax del tardo pomeriggio (dopo le numerose attività giornaliere) e prima di cena, a due passi dai numerosi centri di interesse/attività che la zona, incredibilmente, offre. Interni di pregio e ben curati, con locali e terrazze favolose, soprattutto dove aver colazione al risveglio (uno sprint importante al buon umore). Doveroso citare Paolo, il concierge, per la meravigliosa accoglienza e gentilezza. Qualità professionali di un livello mai riscontrato nelle numerose altre strutture in cui ho soggiornato.
