I had an awful stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the building. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Worst of all, I discovered bed bugs in the mattress — absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The service was just as bad. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving any of the issues I reported. It felt like they didn’t care about their guests at all. This hotel ruined my trip. I strongly advise others to stay away — it’s not worth the risk to your health or comfort.
